The main purpose
of this web site is to keep you
up to date on developments regarding my constitutional challenge
to the Access to Abortion Services Act, better known as the "BC
Bubble Zone Law".
I The appeal of my case was heard in the
BC Court of Appeal on September 13 and 14, 2007. On September 4,
2008 the three judge panel unanimously decided abortion rights trump
freedom of expression and religion, even though they are listed as
"guaranteed" under section two of the Charter. For more detailed

As one called to be a “Watchman on the Wall”, I have a responsibility
to speak the unpleasant truth and warn others of the very present
danger to life and liberty in this post-Christian, modern society, as it slips
from its gradual 40 years of decline into a moral, social, political
(and soon an economic) free-fall, EXCEPT WE REPENT!
I The failure of the church in the West is most responsible for this
decline! I share in the responsibility for this and am in brokenness
seeking to “bring forth works worthy of repentance.”

I will be talking about the apostate leadership in the old-line
churches, many of whom are nothing less than “wolves in sheep’s
clothing.” The reason for this is so young believers don’t fall into
the ditch with these spiritual and religious impostors. For

2. The classification of Christians as second class
citizens whose belief doesn't count.
3. A Post-Christian "secular society" that WILL NOT
STAND FOR GOD or the precepts of God's WORD and will
be subject to the JUDGMENT OF God. “Why
continue to pursue justice in such a corrupt legal
system?” ...

speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being
crushed. Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless, and
see that they get justice.” Prov 31:8-9

GUILTY
of violating BC’s ‘bubble zone’
VANCOUVER, June 20, 2011 (RKRNews) — Two prominent
pro-life activists were convicted of violating BC’s
infamous “bubble zone” law in provincial court today,
but will serve no jail time—and their convictions and
sentences will be appealed.
Don Spratt was fined
$1,000 fine and sentenced to two years’ probation; Cissy
von Dehn was sentenced to two years’ probation.
Both were arrested
June 19, 2009 for standing inside the “bubble zone”
outside a building at 2525 Commercial Drive that houses
an abortion mill, passing out copies of the Access to
Abortion Services Act (the “bubble zone” law) while
wearing sandwich-board signs that said “WARNING! YOU CAN
BE ARRESTED UNDER BILL 48” and “BE INFORMED. READ BILL

Cecelia Von Dehn and I were back in
court Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (March 16-18, 2011)
ably defended by Doug Christy and Ron McDonald, our
respective legal counsels. They were not just defending
us, but defending the free speech rights of all
Canadians.
A decision will be rendered on June 20. That will be two
years plus a day from the time of our unexpected arrest
in 2009. We were arrested without warning for “protest
and “sidewalk interference”. Our “crime” was
distributing copies of the Access to Abortion Services
Act while wearing signs that read: BE INFORMED!
This area is a legislated access [‘bubble zone’] area
under Bill 48

We argued that we in no way violated the provisions of
the Act as “protest” and “sidewalk interference”

Dear Friend of Life and Liberty:
I've been in court Monday to Thursday, this week
(October 4-7, 2010). Our lawyers have done a splendid job, but
the trial did not finish.
There is a continuance March 16 to 18, 2011. This has
again made it difficult to plan an itinerary for
Renaissance Canada seminars.
Please continue to pray for us. The continuance also
adds to expenses, so please pray about helping us out.
We have raised almost half of the estimated cost of
$2500, with the most of the rest promised and hopefully
on its way.
Thank you to those who have already donated so
generously!
I don't yet know how much additional funding this next
phase will cost, but probably another $2500 or more as
we also have to pay for transcripts of the previous four
days at trial.

Ron McDonald, a long time Christian
patriot and defender of* life and liberty, has
volunteered his time to represent me in my efforts to
protect the free speech rights of all Canadians. I’ve
spent thousands of dollars of our own money over the
last twelve years, and am prepared to go to prison again
(on a state sponsored missionary journey) but at present
I don’t have the financial resources for Mr. McDonald’s
travel expenses and court costs estimated to total
$2500. So, I urgently need your financial help now, as
the case will be heard in less than a week and I have so
far (as of Sept 28) raised about half that amount. Will
